This historic, 1950’s three-level converted Water Tower was lovingly remodeled in 2013 and is the BEST Truckee has to offer! With views of pristine Donner Lake from every level, the house is 12 sided, allowing sun to filter in all day long!! It has cozy knotty pine ceilings, broad ceiling beams , knotty alder doors, and wide plank floors. Attention to detail has been paid to every inch and it is updated to ensure comfort, style and luxury.

FIRST FLOOR -The first floor of the home is a two bedroom apartment! This level includes a cozy living room with a granite mantle gas fireplace, full kitchen, full bath including two person, river rock shower and two bedrooms. Sleeps up to five people, in four beds. (Room 1 = Queen + Twin; Room 2 = Twin + Twin)

SECOND LEVEL- On the second level of the home are the main house sleeping quarters. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Master = Queen; Second Bedroom = Queen, both have Lake Views! Third Bedroom = Twin + Twin. Two full, remodeled baths are on this level. The hall bath has heated floors and a shower over a claw foot slate tub. The second bath includes heated floors, an infrared sauna, Japanese soaking tub and a slate rain shower. There is a laundry room on this level and a deck to an all-season 6 person Hot Tub!

TOP FLOOR – The main gathering place is centered around the Great Room that includes a living area with Ralph Lauren fabrics antique couches and chairs poised around a state-of-the-art modern slab and boulder granite, wood burning fireplace. The big screen TV with CD/DVD player has surround sound. The newly felted pool table adds to the fun. The dining area seats 10 and has views of the lake. The kitchen is large enough for three busy cooks and is far from rustic.

LOFT – Above the living room, the kids delight: look down into the living room from the “tree house.” It is an open loft that sleeps four (Queen / Twin / Twin) & requires climbing a ladder.
